I love having a good clear out! It clears my mind and helps me prepare for the New Year ahead. I have decided to sort out a lot of my craft stuff as I have bits and bobs from years ago that have never been used. One of the areas that has been bugging me for a long time is the storage of my clear stamps. I have kept them in a folder for a few years now but I don't seem to use them as they are put away in the cupboard. I have looked on many blog and storage web sites for ideas and decided upon putting them in a basket. This worked okay but I felt that they needed to be divided into categories and made to look pretty so that they could go on show on my shelf in my craft room.
So this is what I did......
Basket of stamps before the 'make over'
Old scrap pieces of thick card with double sided tape added
Old paper used to cover the card dividers
letter stamps used on scrap paper to make markers
wooden pegs used as markers for the various categories of stamps
card dividers ready with peg category markers
all sorted and ready to go!
